CU-Boulder THTR 1003: Acting 1

Semester: Fall 2025, Spring 2026

Introductory course designed to explore creativity, collaboration, and communication in the craft of acting. Focuses on basic terms and concepts of psychological realism fundamental to the actors’ process through solo work and ensemble exercises. Open to majors and non-majors.

Generative Playwriting

Offered December 2025

Using time-tested writing and acting exercises, this four-week workshop is designed to use embodied, sensory exercises to spark new ideas and perspectives. Sessions will consist of exercises, writing time, work sharing, and feedback in order to unlock your unique playwriting voice and strengthen your creative practice.

Open to all abilities, physical and artistic!
